Here we all are enjoying Quincy Market Square.
The Pfleger's looking good on the Charles River.
The Julian's on the Charles (trying to look as good as the Pfelgers!)
TJ, myself and Brad at Boston Common.
TJ reverting back to childhood.
On Sunday, the four of us headed from Boston to Providence, RI to have brunch with our other great friends, Jen and David, their 3 year old son (soon to be 4) Alexander and their basset hound Goliath. We met Jen and David when we were living in Charlotte, NC 6 years ago. They lived in the apartment above us and we were very suspicious of them for quite some time. We thought Jen was a high class call girl (always around during the day time, drove a very nice BMW, sporting designer shoes and matching bags, etc.) and David was a British CIA agent (would show up for 2 weeks every few months and would wear mysterious glasses and driving gloves). Brad and I ended up having a big party in our apartment one Saturday night and invited our "mystery" neighbors. After several rum and cokes, Brad told them about our theory and we laugh about it to this day. Jen is definitely not a call girl (she was job hunting at the time) and although David says he is not a CIA agent, I think it's debatable!!!! TJ reverting to childhood again, started a whiffle ball game in Jen and David's enormous front yard. A good time was had by all, expecially Alexander.

As the mother of this superhero, I can attest to his daily caped crusader episodes of rescuing snakes, zebras and hippos from dangerous encounters with dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures. Definitely exhaustingly nap worthy! Thanks for the great pics Christy, and the shout out to my former "career"!
